UX Research @ Zendesk
Throughout my time at Zendesk as the UX Research Intern, I worked on three main projects to understand how to create a seamless experience for customers by generating iterative and rapid feedback for stakeholders. My research projects helped address stakeholder questions about the customer experience and provided insight into the motivations, pain points, and needs of customers when it comes to product features.

Overall, I am so thankful to have gotten the opportunity to be the UX Research Intern at Zendesk. This internship has given me the space to gain firsthand experience with new tools and processes, explore my passion for research, and have the chance to work with supportive and talented individuals.
